Industrial Engineering, now part of Thermogenics, services all makes of boilers and burners for Miami hotels, hospitals and plants, from tune-ups and re-tubing to emergency repairs and rental boilers.
Miami is part of our Orlando team’s service area, and we serve it from our shop on North John Young Parkway. On an emergency call, a technician drives south in a service vehicle stocked with essential tools and components, backed by the parts inventory in our Orlando shop.
Scheduled work is planned around your operation. Our monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance plans come with priority scheduling and fixed labor rates. When you need temporary capacity, we deliver and set up rental boilers from the Thermogenics fleet.
Miami is covered by our Orlando team
Miami has no real heating season, so its boilers work year-round on domestic hot water, laundry, kitchens and sterilization for hotels, hospitals, campuses, airport food logistics and casino resorts.
Hotels serving the cruise port, Miami Beach and downtown run large hot-water and laundry plants every day. We tune burners, maintain controls and schedule repairs to fit around occupancy.
Hospitals depend on steam for sterilization and on constant hot water. We service and repair the boilers, burners and controls behind it.
Campus central plants and residence halls carry steady hot-water loads. Maintenance plans with priority scheduling put inspections and tune-ups on a predictable calendar.
Food handlers moving perishables through the airport use hot water and steam for washdown and sanitation. We service the boiler and survey the steam traps.
Casino resorts in Miami-Dade and Broward County draw hot water for kitchens, laundry and hotel towers at all hours. We maintain burners and water level controls and can arrange rental capacity.
Our maintenance plans run monthly (11 inspections plus the annual), quarterly (3 plus the annual) or annual. Combustion and safety checks, steam trap surveys and a free boiler room energy survey with a written report are also available.
Maintenance from OrlandoWe repair boilers and burners of all makes, including Cleaver-Brooks, Johnston, Fulton and Lattner, and handle re-tubing, refractory and controls troubleshooting. Our National Board R-stamp covers repairs and alterations to boilers and pressure vessels. On an emergency call, we restore operation first and then trace the cause of the failure.
Repair servicesOur Orlando shop stocks burner parts, gauge glass, manhole and handhole gaskets, boiler tubes, relief valves, pumps, steam traps, regulators and water level controls from brands such as McDonnell & Miller, Spence and Grundfos. Order by phone at 407-293-9317.
Parts & suppliesRentals come from the Thermogenics fleet: steam, hot water and thermal fluid boilers, plus complete boiler rooms, feedwater tanks, pumps and water treatment systems. We handle setup and back every unit with 24/7 support.
Rental boilers & fleetBoilers in Florida fall under the Boiler Safety Act, Chapter 554 of the Florida Statutes, administered by the Boiler Safety Section of the Division of State Fire Marshal under Chapter 69A-51, F.A.C. The program covers construction, installation, inspection and repair, with a focus on boilers in public assembly locations. Many Miami hotels, hospitals and resorts fall into that group.
Because Miami’s loads run all year, there is no summer shutdown window for major work. Repairs and overhauls are planned around live demand, often with a rental boiler carrying the facility. The tropical humidity also makes combustion air and dry, well-ventilated boiler rooms worth checking on every visit.
