Virginia DOLI administers the state boiler and pressure vessel safety law. Boilers and pressure vessels need certificate inspections, and high-pressure boilers need an annual internal inspection, done by Virginia-commissioned insurance, contract-fee or qualified owner-user inspectors. We get boilers ready for that visit, then repair what the inspector writes up.
