Our Cincinnati team services, repairs and supplies parts for industrial and commercial boilers, burners and controls across Kentucky. We offer 24/7 emergency service and rental boilers when a plant needs steam fast.
Our Cincinnati team serves plants across Kentucky. The office opened in 2010 to look after Thermogenics coil-tube boilers already installed in the US. Today our team works on most makes of boilers, burners and controls.
We handle planned maintenance, tune-ups, troubleshooting, repairs and parts. When a boiler is out of service, we arrange a rental boiler sized to your load. Many boiler faults start elsewhere in the plant, so we check feedwater, condensate return and controls along with the boiler itself.

Kentucky regulates boilers, pressure vessels and pressure piping under KRS Chapter 236 and 815 KAR Chapter 15. The Boiler Inspection Section of the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction inspects new installations and uninsured equipment and issues certificates. Before an inspection, we service safety controls, test low-water cutoffs and flame safeguards, and fix any findings.

Distilleries rely on steam for cooking and distillation. We tune their boilers, burners and controls.
Assembly and supplier plants use steam and hot water for process heat and space heating. A boiler outage can stop a line, so our repairs focus on getting steam back first.
Process plants along the Ohio River need dependable steam and heat. Our team services the process burners and controls on these sites as well as the boilers.
Hospitals and universities depend on steam for heating and sterilization. With winter design temperatures around 10 °F, we schedule maintenance ahead of the heating season.
