Repair servicesWe supply parts for Thermogenics boilers and other makes, including Grundfos pumps and repair kits. Grundfos repair kits can take 8–10 weeks and new pumps 10–12 weeks, so plan critical spares well before an outage.
Parts & suppliesRental boilers come through the Thermogenics network: containerized Thermocoil units from 150 HP to 500 HP, with larger units on request, firing natural gas, propane or No. 2 oil. Availability varies, and a unit is matched to your process when one is free.
Rental boilers & fleetKentucky regulates boilers, pressure vessels and pressure piping under KRS Chapter 236 and 815 KAR Chapter 15. The Boiler Inspection Section of the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction inspects new installations and uninsured equipment and issues inspection certificates.
Lexington’s winter heating design temperature is around 10 °F, and occasional subzero outbreaks push heating plants to full load. Summers are hot and humid. Distillery and factory process boilers keep running while heating boilers sit idle, so the off-season is when to schedule retubing, refractory work and overhauls on heating plants.
