Yown’s Boiler Service has been a Jacksonville boiler company since 1979 and part of Thermogenics since 2020. St. Augustine hotels, hospitals and plants get our ASME code welding shop and 24/7 emergency repair, along with maintenance, parts and rental boilers.

Tube and refractory jobs go to the same crews who handle retubing and refractory repairs across North Florida, with code welding done under our stamps. When a boiler is out for repair or replacement, we can bring in a rental boiler through the Thermogenics network to keep hot water and steam running.

Parts & suppliesThrough the Thermogenics network we supply emergency and planned-outage rental boilers, including Thermocoil units from 150 to 500 HP at 250 psig MAWP for natural gas, propane or No. 2 oil. Our team handles installation, start-up and ongoing support.
Rental boilers & fleetFlorida’s boiler safety program focuses on boilers in public assembly locations, which covers many of St. Augustine’s hotels, schools and hospitals. We perform annual insurance inspections, make code repairs under our ‘R’ stamp and hold Florida State license CAC029389 as a state certified mechanical contractor.
