Parts & suppliesFor a planned outage or a failed boiler, we arrange units from the Thermogenics network: containerized boilers from 150 to 500 HP, rated for 250 psig and set up for natural gas, propane or No. 2 oil, plus partner inventory. Larger units on request.
Rental boilers & fleetIn Arizona, the Industrial Commission enforces the Arizona Boiler Rules through ADOSH’s Boiler Safety Section. Since July 2017, authorized third-party inspection agencies have performed certificate and in-service inspections, and power boilers need an annual internal certificate inspection. We open, clean and prepare boilers before the inspector arrives, and we carry out repairs and alterations the inspection calls for under our R stamp.
Phoenix heating loads are small, so most boilers here work year-round on hot water, process, laundry and sterilization. The city’s very hard water does more damage than the weather. Scale builds on tubes, raises stack temperatures and leads to overheated metal. Controlling it means looking at feedwater treatment, chemical feed and blowdown as well as cleaning and retubing the boiler.
