Nevada’s Mechanical Compliance Section (Division of Industrial Relations) regulates boilers and pressure vessels under NRS/NAC Chapter 455C. A permit is required before a unit is installed or reinstalled, and each must be inspected and certified to operate. Our Las Vegas team makes repairs under our 'R' stamp. In Clark County, DAQM emission testing also applies, and we perform it.
