Service-First from Day One
Founded in Aurora, Ontario as a service and repair company focused on coil-tube boilers.
1980
Engineering Better Solutions
To better serve our customers, we began manufacturing our own boilers with more efficient designs, smaller footprints, and enhanced reliability requiring fewer service calls.
1982
First Thermocoil Ships
First Thermocoil boiler shipped to a rubber manufacturer (NHL hockey puck supplier) backed by our commitment to ongoing service and support.
1984
Major Contracts Secured
Won major contracts with the Canadian Navy frigate program and VIA Rail steam generators.
1987
24/7 Manufacturing Facility
New round-the-clock manufacturing facility built in Aurora to support the VIA Rail contract.
1993
Complete Boiler Room Solutions
Acquired a pump business, expanding our service capabilities to become a true one-stop partner for all boiler room needs.
1996
Cross-Border Growth to Service More Customers
Acquired Quebec-based boiler company and began US market expansion, bringing our service-first approach to more facilities across North America.
2002
Renewed Focus
Management buyout refocuses company on delivering exceptional service to US and Canadian markets.
2004
Maximizing Uptime for Healthcare
Major Ohio hospital contract: 14 old boilers replaced with just 4 Thermocoils, a true testament to efficiency.

Rental Solutions
Developed unique containerized rental steam boiler solutions, complete with 24/7 service support.

Global Service Reach
Expanded service capabilities internationally with 50 million BTU/hr boilers for South America energy project.

Fulton Partnership Begins

Since 1975, Thermogenics has been synonymous with quality and innovation.

With an initial focus on customer service and maintenance for coil-tube boilers, the company quickly recognized its potential to manufacture its own high-quality boiler products. This vision led to the development of the groundbreaking “Thermocoil” design in 1980, aimed at delivering efficiency and reliability while minimizing service needs. The first shipment of Thermocoil boilers in 1982 marked the beginning of a new era for Thermogenics, expanding its services to include boiler design, manufacturing, and sales.
